Although today isn’t weigh in day I wanted to see how I was doing since I had some vacation days and we went to a few bucket list restaurants and indulged. To be honest I felt horrible! Not because I didn’t track but because I’ve been eating so healthy I could feel the difference in my body. I was so tired and yesterday was craving real food! Not bread or pizza or sweets. I just wanted a balanced meal to fill me up and give my body the nutrition it was craving. Needles to say I have some healthy meals packed in for today! And lots and lots of water! I’m starting a fitness challenge tomorrow so plan to be on my best behavior! :) #ww #weightwatchers #fitness #healthy #lifestyle
